Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Suppafy. If for any reason you're not, we’re happy to offer returns for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging (including hangtags) within 30 days of the order date. Please note, final sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email hi@suppafy.com with your order details. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned items, we'll review them and issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the return shipping cost, to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refundable.

International Orders: We cannot accept returns on international orders at this time.
