Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
- A shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applied on orders below Rs. 2500.
- A COD (Cash on Delivery) charge of Rs. 100 will be applied on COD orders below Rs. 3000.
- For international orders, customs duties may be levied at the time of delivery in certain countries.
- Products are shipped from our warehouse within 2 working days.
- The order will be delivered within 7 working days.
- You will receive an order tracking number as soon as we ship your order.
RETURNS
- We have a 7-day return policy (only for returnable products).
- Please ensure that the products you return are unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
- A non-refundable charge of Rs. 100 will be applied on all COD orders below Rs. 3000.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- International orders are not eligible for return.
- Once the product is picked up, a refund will be initiated within 3 working days to the original source account for prepaid orders. For COD orders, a Razorpay link will be sent to the registered email ID.
- Please share a package unboxing video for wrong product/missing item received.
- Do not hand over the product without a pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
- Items purchased during a sale are non-returnable.
- Post-wash queries will only be entertained within a month from the date of delivery.
- Only exchange will be applicable on orders purchased on sale/offer.
- Only one-time exchange is allowed.
- Customers have to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of the serviceable area with reverse logistics. (Note: Your courier cost should not exceed INR 300. We request you to self-ship the products by "Speed Post" as your courier service).
- Do not accept if the package is tampered with.
- Do not share the OTP with the carrier if you haven’t received the product.
EXCHANGE
- Exchange is not available for below Rs. 899.
- There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
- For new orders of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
- Size exchange is subject to availability.
- Please share a package unboxing video for wrong product received.
